Andy
Andy is an experienced welder fabricator and has restarted his own business .
Andy has many years experience of prepping and building vehicles for all kinds of events, from classics to modern. Andy has built several race cars, including classic Mini's for stock car racing, auto solo and circuit racing. Andy's son Jamie's junior race Mini won several races, and the Golf won "Best Prepared car" in 750MC.
Andy previously ran THE SHOP restoring original Mini's. Since then he spent over 7 years restoring MG's with Frontline Developments, where he even built the Top Gear car of the Series of 2016.
He now returns to The Shop to continue his ever expanding career.

THE SHOP re-opened at the B42's Motorsport Workshop in January 2021 for classic car restoration, race car preparation and custom build special projects. We've now moved to a bigger workshop. Call now to get booked into the diary.
B42's Motorsport
The Shop is working in conjunction with B42's Motorsport, Andy is Team Boss and has built and prepped many race cars and the latest venture is Dawn's Mk5 Golf GTI which they both race now!
The Golf has just won the Classic VW Championship with Dawn as the main driver, she wins the 2023 Class A title and Overall Championship.
